Who pays Minewell, and what it changes

How we make money

Some buyers pay a referral fee when a company we introduce, or that applies through our tracked link, signs with them. The fee is paid by the buyer. It does not change the offer you receive. We never charge companies.

Where paid links appear

Every referral link carries the visible label “Featured partner · paid link” and rel="sponsored". Partners appear first only inside the strip headed “Featured partners · paid placement”. The directory, the form's buyer list and the compare page sort by published terms only.

Who pays us today

• Grepped: Grepped runs a referral portal; Minewell holds a referral link and is paid by Grepped when a company that applies through it signs. Commission terms are not published; we will state them here once Grepped confirms them in writing. Grepped website ↗
• micro1: micro1 pays referral partners a fee on signed company-data deals (its public figures range up to $50K per company; terms updated 14 Oct 2026). micro1 only attributes companies that apply through the tracked link, so we never submit on your behalf. micro1 company referral ↗
• Mode: Mode's live referral page offers $50K+ per qualifying company plus $5K+ for second-level referrals (marked 'proposed rewards, final terms apply'); the register describes an agreement paying the greater of 6% or $50K. Who does not pay us

24 other buyers have no referral relationship with us. They are listed and linked anyway, with the same sourced and dated facts.

Brokers

SimpleClosure AssetHub, Sunset, Pewter are listed as competing brokers, not as recipients of your profile. We do not receive a fee from them.

Our own rules

• We never accept raw company data.
• We do not auto-submit a profile to any buyer whose terms forbid it.
• Every fact is dated and sourced.
• The change log is public, and how we estimate, rank and label is written down.
