About
About Minewell
Minewell is a free comparison site for companies that hold records AI labs may want to license: Slack and email history, tickets, documents, code and CRM data. It shows what every buyer has published about money and terms, lets a company describe itself once, and introduces it to the buyers that fit.
What we publish
- A directory of 29 buyers, brokers and marketplaces: published payout range, minimum size and history, license type, exclusivity, who de-identifies, payment timing, with the date we checked and a link to the source.
- Buyers' own calculator results for one reference company, side by side, shown as captured and never extrapolated.
- A log of 6 published deals, bids and offers, each the publisher's figure with its source and date.
- A change log of how buyers' terms have moved, and a library of 158 sources from buyers, brokers, lawyers, reporters and critics.
- Guides written in our own words and checked against those sources.
Who runs it
Minewell was started in October 2026 by C Dhanush, who is responsible for every fact on the site, keeps the buyer records current and answers every request that comes through the form. There is no editorial team and no investor.
How we make money
Companies never pay Minewell. Some buyers pay a fee when a company we introduce signs with them; the buyer pays it and it does not change the offer the company receives. The disclosure page names every buyer that pays us and explains how the directory is ordered (by published ceiling, then name, never by relationship).
How facts are checked
Every figure links to the buyer's own page or a press source and carries the date we checked it. Where a buyer has not published something, the page says “Not published” rather than guessing. Where two sources disagree, both are shown. The methodology explains the estimate heuristic, the directory order, the eligibility gates and how sources are labelled.
What never happens
- Minewell never receives raw data. The form asks for counts and descriptions, never records, and there is nothing to upload.
- Nobody applies to a buyer on your behalf, and nobody asks for your passwords.
- We do not sell your information. The privacy policy lists what is stored and for how long.
