About
micro1 buys operational data packages, including SOPs, knowledge bases, CRM data, project histories, QA processes and operational communications, and turns them into reinforcement-learning environments. Published tiers are $100K+ for qualified partnerships, $500K+ for large or multi-team datasets and $1M+ for highly unique data. It wants mature companies with 30+ employees and English-language records, prioritizing the US, then the UK and Canada. PII is removed, some material may be synthetically rewritten, and the company keeps ownership. On 2026-10-09 micro1 committed $1B over 12 months to buying enterprise data, financed by Citi and Hercules Capital. It also bid a reported $12.5M for Spirit Airlines' archive.

Things to know
- Referral terms keep changing: launched at up to $25K (June 2026), raised to up to $50K (July), and terms updated 2026-10-14 reportedly pay 7.5% of the license price when no amount is listed. The same page says both 'no cap' and 'up to $50K'.
- Per the register, referral payouts are discretionary and can be clawed back; micro1 employees and most contractors are excluded. Attribution only counts if the company applies through your unique link.
- A partner's X article mentions $50K flat, a $10K sub-broker override and a $75K limited-time bonus for dead companies with 50+ peak staff; these come from an affiliate, not micro1, and are unverified. The same article cites 20+ desk staff and 2+ years, versus 30+ on micro1's own page.
