About
Grepped AI, Inc. (San Francisco) licenses de-identified workflow data to AI labs and says the data is never resold to competitors or published. It wants CRM pipelines, support tickets, contracts, invoices, project boards, SOPs, internal docs, messages and codebases from teams running tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Zendesk, Jira, QuickBooks, Slack, Asana, DocuSign, Pipedrive and Xero. Bigger teams and longer histories pay more. Access is read-only and revoked at project end, and originals are deleted after processing. Founder Erik Newsham says the average deal is about $200K–$300K and exclusivity is usually two years.
How the process works
- Get an instant estimate (about 60 seconds)
- Complete an intake form (about 10 minutes)
- Grant read-only access to the agreed tools
- Grepped de-identifies (in-house plus a third-party firm) and the lab reviews
- Payment within 7 days of passing review; access revoked
Things to know
- The 'up to $100K' referral cap is a headline; full terms sit behind a sign-in portal and were not visible publicly. The 10% / 12-month-credit details come from the founder's X article, not a published agreement.
- The homepage example estimate ($29K–$41.5K) is far below the $5M ceiling, so a typical referral is likely well under the cap.
- Grepped is not listed on the whosellsdata.com register.
- The founder's claimed $12M MRR run rate is self-reported.

What Minewell earns
Grepped runs a referral portal; Minewell holds a referral link and is paid by Grepped when a company that applies through it signs. Commission terms are not published; we will state them here once Grepped confirms them in writing.
