For advisors
For advisors whose clients hold records AI labs may license
If you act for owners, boards or trustees, a client may ask you whether their company's records can be sold. We compare the buyers, so you do not have to.
Who qualifies
Owners, boards and trustees of companies with 20 or more desk staff and three or more years of records are the usual fit. Closed companies whose workspaces are still live can qualify too, which matters to insolvency practitioners and trustees: the value disappears when the accounts do.
Your disclosure duties
If you are paid for an introduction, tell your client in writing. Rules on referral fees differ across accounting, legal and insolvency work and across jurisdictions, so check the ones that apply to you before you accept anything. Minewell discloses every fee it receives on our disclosure page, and labels paid links wherever they appear.
This guide is general information, not legal advice. Have your own counsel check your contracts and employee notices.
How an introduction works
Send your client to minewell.tech/get-quotes?via=your-name and we record you as the introducer on their profile. No records are sent; we route the profile to the buyers the client picks.
Payout terms for advisors are not published yet. Register and we will send them once partner agreements are confirmed.
