pre.dev licenses private repositories and their git history at a published unit price: $100 per million source tokens plus $40 per million git-history tokens. Licenses are non-exclusive, so the same code can be resold elsewhere, and payment is Net 15 after the buyer's funds arrive. It is the only program in the research with a published unit price.
